Our head office is in Moncton NB. We have 3 warehouse locations in Moncton NB, Guelph ON, and Mount Pearl, NL.
What are your hours of operation?
Our hours of operation are from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Atlantic Time Monday to Friday.
Where do you ship?
We can ship anywhere in North America. AL-PACK delivers in the Greater Moncton, metro St. John's and Guelph areas.
Any other orders are sent by courier or transport.
What are the shipping costs?
AL-Pack implemented a delivery fee of $35 for orders under $400 (before tax) in the Greater Moncton, metro St. John's and Guelph areas. Freight is prepaid on orders that exceed $650.00 before taxes within the Maritime Provinces and from Guelph to major centers in Ontario.
Can I purchase low quantities or is there a minimum order?
There is a minimum order policy of $250.
Who do you sell to?
We sell to everyone from businesses to individuals.
Is pick-up available?
Pick-ups are available at your local branch. Please ask for pick-up details when ordering.

Our retail products are available in most retail chain stores throughout Atlantic Canada. For outside of Atlantic Canada, contact our Customer Service department.
