Qualifications: 

• High school diploma, or equivalent
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment would be an asset
• Willingness to work as a team member as well as independently
• Proactive approach with on time solutions
• “Can-do” attitude and hands-on approach to work
• Ability to express ideas clearly, both orally and written
• Proven ability to follow quality assurance standards/guidelines

Key Responsibilities: 

• Meet or exceed production targets
• Complete training on machinery and equipment
• Read and interpret specifications and instructions
• Maintain a 5S Quality safe and clean workstation
• Strive for efficiencies by practicing packaging techniques
• Follow, understand, and use LYNQ correctly
• Troubleshoot and make minor adjustments to equipment
• Monitor and inspect quality of material produced
• Pack items for shipping and distribution
• Provide assistance in the manufacturing department where and when required, and all other duties as directed
